I’m mission-driven and take full responsibility for the outcome. I’m willing to execute on every aspect needed for success. That might mean reframing the problem, writing the spec, rallying the team, making the tough call, or rolling up my sleeves.

When stakes are high or a decision could shape the system long term, I start with the full picture. Then I cut back to the smallest step that creates real value and tells us something fast.

Built on empathy

Deep empathy is essential to making strong product decisions. I take time understanding people’s environment, constraints, objectives, and friction points so their context becomes second nature. That's what lets me make strong calls without hesitation.

When priorities or outcomes feel uncertain, I start with explicit assumptions, make thoughtful moves, and let real progress reveal what truly matters. Clarity comes from informed progress, not exhaustive upfront certainty.

Launchmetrics

10 years as VP Product Design, scaling the design org and serving as acting PM for 5 products. Contributed to growth from early stage through $40M revenue and 2024 acquisition by Lectra.

2015–2025

CleverFi

Fractional Head of Product for a platform eliminating Wi-Fi friction across residential, hospitality, travel, and retail environments. Defining product vision, GTM strategy, and north star metrics.

2025–Present

Fashion GPS

Early-stage hire and sole designer during critical growth phase. Owned end-to-end UX across the core platform, defined foundational workflows, and grew the design function ahead of merger.

2012–2015

Design System

Launched and evolved design system from basic component library to 1000+ components adopted across 5 product lines—establishing scalable foundations without a dedicated team.
